The minutes with Bill Staudemnaier's changes were approved. <br /> <br />CURRENT LEGAL ISSUES IN WASHINGTON <br /> <br />Alison Bond of the Washington Department of Ecology gave an update on legal matters pending <br />in the state of Washington. She began with a case in which the Snohomish Tribe brought suit against the . <br />City of Tacoma and the Tacoma Public Utilities District, alleging harm caused by a hydroelectric project. <br /> <br />2 <br />
