The staff is preparing a special publication, and there will be a
brief program in conjunction with the Council's social hour following its regular meetings on
Thursday.

DESALINATION COALITION REOUEST

Craig referred to the offer of the "Desalination Coalition" to make a presentation at a Council
meeting. Materials regarding this request and the make-up of the coalition were contained under Tab S
in the briefing book. After some discussion, it was mentioned that this matter was of interest, and that
we should invite the Coalition to make such a presentation.

FUTURE COUNCIL MEETINGS

The next meetings of the Council through spring 2006 are detailed under Tab G in the binder.
Wyoming is slated to be next in the rotation, and Pat Tyrrell discussed tentative plans to hold the
Wyoming meetings in Casper. Hal Simpson .
asked if it may be possible for Colorado to host the Summer 2006 meetings, since that would be his last
opportunity to host as Council Chair.
