The Bridging the Headgate partnership was signed last July. With some of the changes, and <br />with Commissioner Keys resignation, we need to get additional commitment from the BOR. So, there is <br />not much to say now. <br /> <br />B. An Executive Summary of a report by ICWP is under Tab P in your briefing books.
