The dam is located on the Grand Mesa, about 12 miles north of Cedaredge. The <br />dam has a seepage problem and rehabilitation work needs to be completed in fall 2001. The <br />reservoir capacity is 903 acre-feet. The Cedar Mesa Ditch and Reservoir Company is a mutual <br />ditch and reservoir company and a nonprofit corporation registered in the State of Colorado. <br />Mike Smith of Knight Piesold Engineers has completed the feasibility study.
