Fortune Reservoir Construction Project Dear Mr. Boyle: This letter is to advise you that the work described in the above referenced Contract and Amendments was substantially complete as of March 1,2002. In accordance with the Contracts, the Consolidated Mutual Water Company owes $882,922.78 for interest during construction, as calculated on the attached spreadsheets, due on April 1, 2002. Make your check for interest during construction payable to the Colorado Water Conservation Board and include the Contract Number on the check. As outlined on the attached Promissory Note, dated April 26, 2000, Attachment No.2 to Loan Contract Number CI5oo11, Amendment No.1, the loan payment in the amonnt of $2,095,575.23 is due on March I, 2003. As outlined on the attached Promissory Note, dated September 21,2001, Attachment B, Amendment No.2, No. C15OO11, the loan repayment in the amount of $574,849.44 is due on March I, 2003. Also attached is Promissory Note for Contract No. C15OO11, dated April 26, 2000, previously voided in error. In accordance with the Borrower's Liability 1nsurance Provision of the Contract, Paragraph A.6, please note that the renewed insurance certificates need to be provided to the Colorado Water Conservation Board annually. It has been a pleasure of the Colorado Water Conservation Board to work with The Consolidated Mutual Water Company on the successful completion of this project.
