Box 100 <br />Fort Morgan, CO 80701 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Loan Contract C150004 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Eisenach: <br /> <br />This letter is to advise you that the project described in the above referenced contract <br />was substantially completed as of June 29, 1999. <br /> <br />Enclosed is the project expenditure schedule that shows the disbursements of the loan <br />funds totaling $8,000,000. There was no interest accrued during project completion. <br /> <br />In accordance with the terms of the promissory note, the first loan payment of <br />$462,640.79 is due on June 29, 2000 and annually thereafter. Please see attached <br />Repayment Schedule. Enclosed is a copy of the promissory note with the date of <br />substantial completion shown as June 29, 1999. <br /> <br />Also enclosed is a copy of the UCC-1 form that was recorded with the Secretary of <br />State's Office. <br /> <br />It has been a pleasure of the Colorado Water Conservation Board to work with you on <br />this project.
