The evaluation included the <br />review of the project summary, definition of the project scope and budget, identification of <br />project beneficiaries and potential project partners, and an overview of how this project meets <br />future water supply, environmental, and recreational needs of the South Platte Basin. The <br />evaluation also included discussion after the presentation of the project. <br /> <br />A motion was made and seconded to approve Tasks 1, 2 and 3 of the proposed Phase II <br />Feasibility Study as defined and requested an allocation for $176,000 for the project to the <br />District 64 Reservoir Company from the South Platte Basin water supply reserve account as <br />authorized by SB 06-179. The motion carried unanimously by a voting quorum with four <br />members abstaining (Joe Frank, Gene Manuello, Mike Applegate, and Bruce Gerk). <br /> <br />The remaining proposed tasks (four through seven) were tabled by the roundtable until results <br />from tasks one through three ofthis study and results from the SB 01-157 Project Analysis by <br />the Colorado Water Conservation Board are presented to the roundtable.
