<br />a. By personal action of debt brought against the delinquent member. <br />b. By withholding the delivery of water to the delinquent member. <br />c. No member who is delinquent in payments may vote or hold office in <br />the Association. <br />d. By withholding refunds or assessing a late charge to the delinquent <br />member. <br /> <br />ARTICLE VIII <br />Membership and Fees <br /> <br />Section 8.1 For all tap subscribers who join the Association after the project <br />financing has been established, the cost of membership will be set at Fifteen Hundred <br />dollars ($1,500) per tap. This tap subscriber will also pay the current tap fees in effect by <br />Montezuma Water Company. Additionally, the tap subscriber will pay the same project <br />fees (per tap subscribed) to the Association as paid by the Charter members. Charter <br />Association members will not be subject to these fees if adding additional taps, with the <br />exception of regular (annual) Association dues paid per tap and Montezuma Water <br />Company's current tap fees. <br />Section 8.2 The construction fees generated from individuals who join the <br />Association after the financing of the project is established, will be rebated to the Charter <br />Association members in good standing. <br />Section 8.3 The cost of the tap and construction costs for the tap as well as the <br />line on the tap subscriber's property is the responsibility of the tap subscriber. <br />Section 8. 4 Late fees will be assessed by Board of Directors. <br />Section 8.5 Association membership dues shall be twenty-five dollars ($25) per <br />tap for the first year of the Associations existence, and thirty dollars ($30) per tap <br />annually thereafter unless modified by the Board of Directors. <br /> <br />ARTICLE IX <br />Procedures <br /> <br />Section 9.1 Unless provided otherwise in these Bylaws, procedure at all meeting <br />shall be governed by Oleck's Parliamentary Lawfor Nonprofit Organizations. <br /> <br />ARTICLE X <br />These bylaws may be amended as provided in the Articles of1nc01])()ration <br /> <br />These Bylaws were approved and adopted by the majority vote of the Association <br />membership in the month of October, 2006. <br /> <br />Is/1.
