<br />ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION <br />Of <br />GOODMAN POINT WATER ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />ADDENDUM 1 Goodman Point Water Association will distribute any savings to <br />its members in proportion to the amount of business done with the members based on the <br />"operation at cost" principle. <br /> <br />ADDENDUM 2 Upon dissolution, Goodman Point Water Association will <br />distribute the gains from the sale of any appreciated asset to all persons who were members <br />during the period which the asset was owned by the organization in proportion <br />to the amount of business done by such members during that period, in so far as it is <br />Practicable. <br /> <br />These addenda replace the old addendum stating "If and when the Association should be <br />dissolved, all available monies will be disbursed equally to the water tap owner of record." <br /> <br />Signed: <br />Isl J.
