Please refer to Part 2 of the Criteria and Guidance <br />document for detailed requirements. On the following page there is an example format for the Scope <br />of Work. You can use the example format or your own format, provided that comparable <br />information is included. <br /> <br />The scope of work should outline by task how the water activity will be accomplished. It is <br />important that the scope of work detail the specific steps, activities/procedures that will be followed to <br />accomplish the water activity and the specific products/deliverables that will be accomplished. The scope <br />of work should include but not be limited to: task description, key personnel, budget, schedule and <br />deliverables and the final report/project documentation upon completion of the water activity. <br /> <br />Brush Prairie Ponds <br /> <br />I. Task 1 <br /> <br />· Description of task: Conduct and complete a survey and design <br /> <br />· Method or procedure that will be used or followed to accomplish the task and identify who will <br />undertake the task: <br />Ducks Unlimited surveyors will conduct a survey of the impacted area, identified on the attached map. <br />A topographic survey using Trimble GPS technology will be developed. From the survey a map using <br />AutoCAD 2007, will be produced which will illustrate the 6" contours of the micro topography. DU's <br />professional engineers will work with City of Brush officials to provide a detailed design of wetland <br />impoundments, water level control structures, and water delivery infrastructure. <br /> <br />eDescription of the major deliverables/products that will be produced upon successful completion ofthe <br />task: <br /> <br />· Deliverables will include a detailed survey and design of the wetland project for the area <br />illustrated in the conceptual plan. <br /> <br />· Provide a detailed bid package including all plans and specifications, and quantities for <br />materials and equipment. <br /> <br />ll.
