Please provide a description of each water supply <br />source to be utilized for, or the water body to be affected by, the water activity. For water supply <br />so urces being utilized, describe its location, yield, extent of development, and water right status. For <br />water bodies being affected, describe its location, extent of development, and the expected effect of <br />the water activity on the water body, in either ca se, the analysis should take into consideration a <br />reasonable range of hydrologic variation. Attach additional sheets as needed. <br />Bull Creek reservoir Company holds senior decreed water rights (1895 to 1935) for <br />861.22 AF of water. Over one - half of t hese storage rights cannot be filled due to either <br />safety restrictions (approximately 363 AF) , or because the reservoirs were originally <br />constructed smaller than the fully decreed storage right (118.77 AF) . <br />A hydrology study indicate s there is enough wate r in the watershed to fill these rights by a <br />factor of four (4). A hydrology study was completed in 2006. It is available from the <br />Company or from CWCB files. <br />8. <br />If you have not specifically and fully addressed the Evaluation Criteria f ound in Part 3 of the criteria <br />and guidance document please provide additional detail here. Attach additional sheet(s) if needed. <br />Two of the Company’s reservoirs (Bull Creek Res ervoirs Nos. 1 and 2) are currently Gold <br />Me d al fisheries. All five of the res ervoirs owned by the Company are used as recreational <br />amenities by the public in the GMUG National Forest . All f ive reservoirs are operated as <br />one unit, to maximize water delivery and simultaneously maintain fishery pools . <br />8 <br />
