Water Supply Reserve Account – Grant Application Form <br />Form Revised October 2006 <br />_______________________________________ <br />3. <br />Please provide an overview of water project or activity to be funded including – type of activity, statement of what <br />the activity is intended to accomplish, the need for th e activity, the problems and opportunities to be addressed, <br />expectations of the participants, why the activity is important, the service area or geographic location, and any <br />relevant issues etc. Please include any relevant Tabor issues. Please refer to P art 2 of criteria and guidance <br />document for additional detail on information to include. Attach additional sheets as needed. <br />A “ Feasibility Study and Construction Loan Applicati on ” was submitted to CWCB Nov. 30, 2006. This loan <br />was granted in January, 2007, but covers only 90% of rehabilitation , construction , mitigation and environ - <br />mental monitoring and compliance costs. Also, i t does not cover the legal costs of applying for w ater rights <br />for an enlargement, n or the legal costs for transferring senior water rights from Bull Creek Reservoirs No. 1 <br />and No. 2 to Bull Creek Reservoir No 4 or No. 5. <br />Anticipated costs of the 10% not covered by the loan are anticipated to be $120,000 . <br />All of the above work is slated to occur in 2007/2008. <br />4 <br />
