WSRA grant is supporting to ensure billing does not occur for past expenditures and so deliverables <br />associated with the grant can be tracked. <br />The scope of work needs to be refined to address the specific purposes and products that will be produced <br />using funds for the water supply reserve account and the schedule of activities. The budget needs to be <br />detailed and specifically related to the products produced from the water supply reserve account. The <br />applicant should refer to the current (May 2007) application format for assistance in formatting the scope of <br />work, deliverables, budget and schedule. <br />A WSRA grant will fund approximately 17% of the study. It is assumed PWSD is funding the remaining <br />83%. If the study has other partners or other sources of funding, these need to be identified. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approval of up to $150,000 for completion of the PWSD and CSU Joint Project on the <br />Rural/Urban Farm Model contingent on resolution of the items in the issues/additional needs and discussion <br />sections. <br /> <br />All products, data and information developed as a result of this grant must be provided to CWCB in hard <br />copy and electronic format as part of the project documentation. This information will in turn be made <br />widely available to Basin Roundtables and the general public and will help promote the development of a <br />common technical platform. <br /> <br /> <br /> 3 <br />
