WSRA grant is supporting to ensure billing does not occur for past expenditures and so deliverables
associated with the grant can be tracked.
The scope of work needs to be refined to address the specific purposes and products that will be produced
using funds for the water supply reserve account and the schedule of activities. The budget needs to be
detailed and specifically related to the products produced from the water supply reserve account. The
applicant should refer to the current (May 2007) application format for assistance in formatting the scope of
work, deliverables, budget and schedule.
A WSRA grant will fund approximately 17% of the study. It is assumed PWSD is funding the remaining
83%. If the study has other partners or other sources of funding, these need to be identified.

Staff Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of up to $150,000 for completion of the PWSD and CSU Joint Project on the
Rural/Urban Farm Model contingent on resolution of the items in the issues/additional needs and discussion
sections.

All products, data and information developed as a result of this grant must be provided to CWCB in hard
copy and electronic format as part of the project documentation. This information will in turn be made
widely available to Basin Roundtables and the general public and will help promote the development of a
common technical platform.

3
