Craig Bell, Executive Director <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />April 12, 2005 <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />Briefing Books for Boise, Idaho Meetings and Minutes <br /> <br />Enclosed please find the briefing book for the upcoming meetings of the Western States Water <br />Council to be held April 20-22 at The Grove Hotel in Boise, Idaho. Also enclosed are the minutes <br />from our last meetings in New Mexico, with the exception of the Full Council minutes. These will be <br />emailed to you not later than this Thursday. <br /> <br />As previously indicated, the Council has organized a Western States Water Conservation <br />Roundtable to be held preceding the field trip on Wednesday, April 20. The purpose of the workshop <br />is to explore ways in which the Council may work to foster greater cooperation and coordination with <br />states regarding the water conservation component of federal programs and initiatives.
