Any septic system located on the property must comply with all provisions of the Weld <br />County Code pertaining to Individual Sewage Disposal Systems. <br /> <br />13. An individual sewage disposal system is required when the scale house is relocated, and <br />shall be installed according to the Weld County I.S.D.S. Regulations. <br /> <br />14. A permanent, adequate water supply shall be provided for drinking and sanitary purposes. <br /> <br />15. Fugitive dust and fugitive particulate emissions shall be controlled on this site. The facility <br />shalf be operated in accordance with the approved Dust Abatement Plan at all times. The <br />facility shall have sufficient equipment available to implement dust control as required by the <br />Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment. <br /> <br />16. The applicant shall comply with all provisions ofthe Underground and Above Ground Storage <br />Tank Regulations (7CCR 1101-14). <br /> <br />17. If applicable, the applicant shall obtain a Stormwater Discharge Permit from the Colorado <br />Department of Public Health and Environment, Water Quality Control Division, <br /> <br />18. Portable toilets may be utilized on sites which are temporary locations of the WOrking face <br />and portable processing equipment, etcetera, for up to six months at each location. <br /> <br />19. The operation shall comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). <br /> <br />20. The site shall comply with the Mine Safety and Health Act (MSHA). <br /> <br />21. The operation shall comply with all applicable rules and regulations of the Colorado Division <br />of Minerals and Geology. <br /> <br />22. At the completion of mining. the access road shall be restored to its existing state and be <br />reseeded, eliminating multiple accesses onto the Weld County collector status system. <br /> <br />23. Should noxious weeds exist on the property, or become established as a result of the <br />proposed development, the applicanUlandowner shall be responsible for controlling the <br />noxious weeds, pursuant to Section 15-1-180, Articles I and II, of the Weld County Code. <br /> <br />24. Each phase will be graded separately to direct stormwater run-off to the dewatering <br />trenches and discharge to the river. Process and stormwater will be discharged under a <br />valid Discharge Permit from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, <br />Water Quality Control Division. The appropriate permit should be coordinated with the State <br />or local govemment. <br /> <br />25. Proper building permits shall be obtained prior to any construction, demolition. or excavation. <br />Part of the permit application process includes a complete plan review, <br /> <br />26.
