There are no decreed diversions <br />within this reach. Based on this analysis, staff has determined tHat water is available -tlJr <br />appropriation on Deer Park Creek, from the headwaters down to the: confluence with Animas <br />River, to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree without limiting or foreclosing <br />the exercise of valid existing water rights. <br /> <br />- 5 - <br />
