Legal description of the stream segment through which an instream flow is <br />claimed: <br /> <br />The Confluence of Fall Creek at latitude 370 59' 35"N and longitude I OSO 0 I' <br />27"Was the upstream tenninus and extending to a point immediately upstream of <br />the confluence of Horsefly Creek at latitude 380 12' 19''N and longitude JOSo 18" <br />44"W as the downstream terminus, being a distance of approximately 24.1 miles. <br />This segment can be located on the Norwood, Sanborn Park, Gurley Canyon, <br />Placerville, and Little Cone u.s.a.s. quadrangles. <br /> <br />5.
