The increases and decreases in BFE are minor and do
not change the whole-foot BFEs shown on the effective FIRM; therefore, no increases or decreases in BFE will be published in the local
newspaper. Because increases in SFHA width have occurred and the effective date of the countywide FIRM and FIS has already been
established, this LOMR will become effective on November 18,2005, the day after the countywide FIRM and FIS become effective.

This determination is based on the flood data presently available. The enclosed documents provide additional information regarding this determination.
