Dear Mayor Doering:

Our review of a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) issued on September 20, 2004 (Case No. 04-08-041OP),
for your community revealed that two different copies of Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) Panel 0001 B
were identified as being the revised panel. The enclosed revised FIRM panel presents the correct floodplain
information as revised by the September 20 LOMR. The Determination Document, annotated Summary of
Discharges Table, annotated Floodway Data Table, and annotated Flood Profile Panels OIP and 02P issued
with the September 20 LOMR were correct and therefore are not revised by this letter. Please note that the
both the flood hazards and Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) are not changing with this revision; therefore, the
BFEs published in the Farmer & Miner on October 6 and October 13, 2004, became effective on
January 12,2005.
