Update the status of identified proj ects and processes (IP&Ps) from SWSI Articulate implementation status of conservation and reuse programs Evaluate potential opportunities for rotational fallowing and/or leasing agreements Evaluate groundwater sources that were not included in SWSI Phase I, especially designated basins. Examine the relationship between Colorado River Compact supplies, imports from the Colorado River Basin and exports of native water supplies from the basin.
