Action: A motion was made by Don Schwindt and seconded by Carl Trick to approve
Staff's recommendation to adopt the schedule of 30-year lending rates for fiscal
year 2008, based on the Board approved Financial Policy #7, as shown in the
table below, for all loans recommended to the General Assembly or approved by
the Board from July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008, Harris Shelman was not
present for the vote. The motion was approved unanimously (8-0).
