Table 3 shows the water year and the percent of <br />average precipitation recorded at the site. The average precipitation during the period of 1953 to <br />1993 is 101 percent of average, indicating that the period of record for the gage is ref1ective of <br />average conditions. In addition, the precipitation data for the years 1994 to 2006 were analyzed <br />to ensure that conditions have not changed significantly over time. The mean annual <br />precipitation for 1994 to 2006 is 107% of average, indicating that conditions have not changed <br />significantly since the gage was removed from service in 1994. <br />
