<br />Consent Agenda Item 1.c <br />Case No. 5-07CW48: Application of The Tabemash Condominium Homeowner's Association <br /> <br />Application Summar'V <br /> <br />This is an application for a ground water right on Crooked Creek in T abemash. Applicant seeks to <br />use an existing well (permit No. 135629, appropriated Sept. 28, 1984) to supply water to four 2- <br />bedroom condominiums. \Vastewater is treated by a central wastewater treatment plant; however, <br />the location of the wastewater outfall has not been identified. To augment out-of-priority depletions, <br />the Applicant has been approved for a Water Allotment Contract with the Middle Park Water <br />Conservancy District for 0.07 AF of replacement water.
