Period <br /> <br />Once the sixty-day waiting period required by Section 104 of the Act has passed, the <br />following actions will be taken: <br /> <br />. Seek appropriations to correct design deficiencies, secure discharge permits, initiate <br />an environmental review, and develop appropriate environmental compliance; <br />. Initiate environmental compliance on proposed actions; <br />. Seek appropriations for program implementation; <br />. Issue solicitation for forbearance agreements. <br />. Select suppliers, and execute forbearance agreements with potential suppliers. <br />.
