This situation caused important emphasis on the need to <br />salvage Wellton-Mohawk Division drainage water for delivery to Mexico as a part of its <br />Treaty entitlement. At the same time, deliveries to Boulder Canyon Project Contractors <br />were about 6.5 million acre-feet per year and Upper Basin depletions were about three <br />million acre-feet per year. <br /> <br />13 <br />
