Thirty <br />years of data are available, the latest report <br />covers 1996-2000. <br /> <br />There are a lot of critics of the report. The <br />CWCB and River District staff believe it <br />overstates Colorado irrigation uses in certain <br />years. <br /> <br />Other critics believe it understates Upper Basin <br />irrigation uses.
