IID will <br />determine the impacts, and form a Local Entity with County of Imperial to administer payments <br />received from lID and identify how and when to spend such amounL <br /> <br />Environmental: Buyer pays for environmental mitigation costS as incurred, including the <br />pwchase of any required mitigation water and permitting, documentation and review process <br />costs. The price for any mitigation water supplied by IID for environmental mitigation is the <br />same per acre-foot as set forth above_ lID 'Will be the Lead Agency under CEQA and a pemrittee <br />under ESA and CESA permits_ The scope of coverage under state and federal permits must be <br />acceptable to lID. <br /> <br />Junior Right Holders: Buyer to obtain consent or approval to transfer around junior right <br />holders. <br /> <br />Delivery Point: Imperial Dam on Colorado River.
