PROGRAMMATIC AGREEMENT: <br />Reclamation Administrative Costs for Programmatic Agreement <br /> <br />RationalelProblem Statement: Reclamation's regional archeologist administers the PA <br />program, tribal consultation cooperative agreements and river trip fund transfers to <br />GCMRC.
