<br />as the Government-Dt~trict contract, which contract provides, among other things, for the
<br />construction, operation, and maintenance of the Mancos Project and repayment of certain costs
<br />to the United States by the District, and;
<br />WHEREAS, the Contractor desires to have X.XX cubic feet per second (cfs) of private,
<br />non-project irrigation water diverted, carried, and delivered through Project facilities in the same
<br />manner as Project Water, and;
