Rule Section: Title Comment: The Arizona Water Banking Authority ("A WBA") finds that use of the terms "redemption" and "Storage Credit"ill in the title and throughout the proposed rule mischaracterizes the banking operations of the A WBA and introduces a lack of clarity and ambiguity in the proposed rule.
