Table 2 also shows that the winter flow recommendation of 1.6 cfs is only <br />available at least 50% of the time in April. The winter recommendation was further reduced to <br />0.2 cfs for the time period of July 1 st through March 31 st based on limited water availability. <br /> <br />Precipitation Data <br />Staff reviewed local precipitation data sets from 2 different sites located around the Specie Creek <br />Drainage (see Precipitation Data in Appendix C). These sites include Norwood (1931-1999) and <br />Placerville (1947-1999). Table 4 shows the water year and the percent of average precipitation <br />recorded at each site. <br /> <br />- 5 - <br />
