The purpose of this feasibility report is to present
the replacement alternatives and their estimated costs.

The report will cover some background issues concerning the channel. The replacement
option and its design alternatives will be presented along with some appurtenance
structures. Design and construction considerations will be addressed. Finally,
preliminary design alternative drawings and cost estimates are provided in the
Appendixes.

I

2. )'RO.lECT I.OCATlON

I
I

The Willow Creek channel project is located in the town of Cree de in Mineral County.
Colorado.
