The charmel <br />has sustained significant amount of deterioration throughout the years. The <br />channel needs fixing to provide the adequate capacity for the design flood flow of <br />1,800 cubic feet per second. <br /> <br />Purpose of Report: <br /> <br />The purpose of the report is to present the feasible costs of replacing the channel <br />to the Willow Creek Reclamation Committee. The report covers the replacement <br />option with some recommended design alternatives. Cost estimates of these <br />design alternatives are also given in the report. Recommendations are made in the <br />report using a decision matrix.
