There is an agreement among the states and the Federal Government as to how <br />much water each state is entitled to use. Colorado is allowing surplus water over and above <br />its share to leave the state and be used by residents, businesses, and farms in Nevada, <br />Arizona, and California. Colorado should keep its share of surplus water and provide it for <br />our residents, businesses and farms ................,.................., <br /> <br />58% <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />In order to keep its share of Colorado River water, the state would have to build storage and <br />diversion facilities such as dams, reservoirs, tunnels and pipe lines.
