<br />Basin Roundtables work with State Project Manager, <br />COM Project Director or Task Order Manger, <br />and Basin Advisor to develop scope of work <br />for task order. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />Roundtables Chair or Chair's <br />Designee submit task order to <br />State Project Manager <br /> <br />If IBCC and State Project Manager <br />determine that Task Order is duplicating <br />information it will go back to Basin <br />Roundtable for refinement <br /> <br />State Project Manager and IBCC <br />Prioritize Task Orders <br /> <br />If IBCC and State Project Manager <br />determine that Task Order is not duplicating <br />task order moves forward <br /> <br />COM Project Director or Task Order <br />Manager and Basin Advisor <br />assist State Project Manager to <br />identify relevant existing <br />information and other sources <br />of technical assistance for the <br />Basin Roundtables to supplement <br />Task Order. <br /> <br />/ ~ <br /> <br />State Project Manager <br />authorize COM Team to <br />execute Task Order after approval <br />through State contract process <br /> <br />\.... <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />'\ <br /> <br />Any changes to Task Order must <br />Be authorized by State Project <br />Manager and approved through <br />State contract process. <br />
