The modification <br />requested a change in the October deliveries. The total delivery to Mexico will remain the same. <br />A portion ofthe water most recently scheduled for delivery at the Northerly International <br />Boundary will instead be delivered to Tijuana. The enclosed schedule includes the old schedule. <br />of monthly deliveries to Northerly International Boundary, amount of change and the revised <br />schedule of deliveries to Mexico by point of delivery. <br /> <br />The delivery of Colorado River water to Mexico during calendar year 2005 will be accomplished <br />in accordance with the enclosed schedule, Article 15 ofthe 1944 Treaty with Mexico, and <br />Minute No. 242 of the International Boundary and Water Commission.
