The modification requested a <br />decrease in the May delivery and an increase in the June and July deliveries. <br /> <br />The delivery of Colorado River water to Mexico during calendar year 2005 will be accomplished <br />in accordance with the enclosed schedule, Article 15 of the 1944 Treaty with Mexico, and <br />Minute No. 242 of the International Boundary and Water Commission.
