The report also describes <br />developments relating to other provisions of Minute No. 242. <br /> <br />In 1999, the operations were in compliance with the agreement. The differential for the calendar <br />year 1999 between (1) the average salinity of the Colorado River waters arriving at Imperial Dam <br />and (2) the average salinity ofthe Colorado River waters delivered upstream of Morelos Dam was <br />77 ppm (U.S. count), 88 ppm (Mexican count). <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />//~~ 11r 2t,vy..~ ~ <br />~e~~~ J.
