The IBCC is built out of the basin <br />round tables and will bring the issues of each roundtable to a statewide forum. <br />House Bill 1177, also commonly known as the “Interbasin Compact Committee,” created nine basin <br />roundtables covering the following geographic areas in Colorado: the South Platte; th e Metro <br />(roughly the Denver metro area); the Arkansas; the Rio Grande; the Gunnison; the Colorado; the <br />Yampa - White; the Dolores, San Miguel and San Juan; and the North Platte.
