7. If a 75% majority vote to shift the IBCC’ s decision has been

attained, the proposal for a change may be voted on at the
Committee’s next regularly scheduled meeting. Approval of
proposed changes will require a 75% majority of IBCC members.
A ll IBCC members must have been given the opportunity t o be
present at the meeting at which the vote to change the Charter
is taken , and properly notified of the proposed change.
