Public Education/Outreach Process

Summary
The Steering Committee will establish a Public Education/Outreach Working Group. This
Working Group will: 1) create a process to inform and educate the public on the Steering
Committee’s acti vities and the progress of the Interbasin Compact Negotiations, and 2) create
mechanisms by which public input and feedback can be relayed to the Steering Committee and
Compact Negotiators.

Members
The Steering Committee will appoint the members of the Pu blic Education/Outreach Working
Group. The Steering Committee will ensure this working group coordinates and works
collaboratively with the Colorado Water Education Foundation.

Responsibilities
The Public Education/Outreach Working Group will:

and the progress of the Interbasin Compact Negotiations.
