three subbasins, not including Lost Canyon Creek. For the HMS model the study area was

divided into seven major subbasins (including Lost Canyon Creek) and three minor downstream

subbasins, to provide additional flexibility in areal distribution of rainfall (Table 6). The HMS

model platform with geo-referenced background was developed and subdivided using HEC Geo-

HMS. The delineated watershed was then exported to HMS for further hydrologic analysis (see

Plate 6).
