Gage Data: Due to the lack of gage information on Kiowa Creek, a <br />correlation was made to the FEMA flood insurance maps and <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board data. <br />c. Historic Flood Levels: There was no data available on historic flood <br />levels. Kiowa Creek flows only intermittently in direct response to <br />high runoff events from the contributing basin. <br /> <br />4. Economic <br /> <br />a.
