Performance Levels

(A) Acceptable
No trees, brush,
or heavy weed
growth. exists in
the levee section.

(M) Minimally Acceptable
Minimal weed, brush, or tree (2" Dia. or smaller) growth
present that will not threaten levee integrity. (I'~te: Trees that
have been cut and removed from the levee should have their
roots excavated and the cavity filled and compacted with the
same type of material which the levee is constructed of.)

(U) Unacceptable
Tree, brush, or heavy weed growth exists in the levee and
requires removal to ascertain or re-establish the levee
integrity. (Note: If significant growth on the levee exists,
prohibiting inspection of other levee inspection items, the
inspection will be terminated until this deficiency is
corrected.
