Performance Levels:
(A) Acceptable
No erosion of the levee crown or
slopes. Good sod cover and has been
mowed, and does not inhibit
inspection. No farming or grazing
activities on the levee.

(M) Minimally Acceptable
Good to minimally acceptable sod
cover, has been mowed, a~ does not
inhibit inspection. No farming or
grazing activities on the leve'e. Minor
erosion of levee crown or slopes that
will not interrupt inspection or
maintenance access.

(U) Unacceptable
Very sparse or missing sod cover. Sod cover has not been
mowed and inhibits inspection. Farming or grazing activities
are occurring on the levee. Erosion protection vegetation is
inadequate. Erosion of levee crown or slopes that has
interrupted inspection or maintenance access.
