Inspection Team Members: John Chapman, Golder Associates Inc. Western States Surveying C. Local Contacts Made: USACE and Golder personnel met with Mr. John Holdren on August 16, 2000. D. Reference Datum: The reference datum was located at the permanent benchmark described below. This benchmark is shown on Figure 2. E. Water Surface Elevations at Time of Inspection: At the time of inspection, there was no water in Kiowa Creek. Describe Temporary"or Permanent Benchmarks Referenced: Colorado HARN Station Y 414 Reset was used as the reference point. This Geodedic benchmark has a Latitude of 40014'45.33727''N, Longitude of 104003'1O.18159"W with an ellipsoid height of 1360.35. The coordinate system used was NAD 83, Colorado State Plane Coordinate System Zone 501. The reference benchmark has a Northing of 1335729.267 and an Easting of 3403950.393, and a GPS elevation of 4526.07 feet. The coordinate system used is NAD 83 State Plane Coordinate System Colorado Zone 501. An average combined scale factor of 1.0002574484 was used to convert state plane coordinates to project ground coordinates. Elevations were determined by GPS using the Geoid 99 Model and referenced to NA VD 88. GPS observations were made to CDOT control point MP 64.19 for a site BM. This point is located at the centerline of the Levee at approximately Station 1 +00. G. Other Pertinent Inspection Information: 1. Project photos were taken on the date of inspection noted above. 2.
