7/26/2007
Proposed Agenda for 2006

Services

Meeting Administration
DNR will continue to provide logistical support for roundtable and IBCC meetings. This will include arranging and paying for
meeting venue and food; distribution of meeting materials; assistance in creating agendas and executing agenda items; etc.

Facili tation
IBCC activities and charter development will be facilitated by a contract facilitator .

Roundtables should utilize the facilitation and resource services of CSU Cooperative Extension individual assisting each roundtable.
CSU Cooperative Extension s ervices will be integrated with the IBCC facilitation.

Communication
DNR will assist in communications and dissemination of information by maintaining a dat abase of roundtable and IBCC member;
distributing meeting notices, agendas, and minutes; maintaining an Interbasin Compact Process website; and providing press releases.

Suggestions

In order to have meaningful negotiations, roundtables must be working fro m a common technical platform. CWCB and SWSI should
be the starting point for that common data and technical platform. Consistent methodologies should be used as additional information
is incorporated or generated.

Colorado’s higher education institut ions can assist the roundtables/IBCC with research and education needs.

Relationship building among members will be important. This can be developed and enhanced by a variety of approaches including:
the water interest assessment; discussion of water iss ues and concerns in members’ area; having down time and meals at meetings;
fieldtrips; etc.
- 4 -
