<br />How would your team assist DNR Experience administering similar projects <br />in the administration of the in an effective and flexible way. A plan 6 <br />project? f or how the team would work with the <br /> state project manager(s) to implement <br /> and administer technical support for the <br />roundtables. <br /> <br />Are there any minimum qualifications? <br />These do not constitute minimum qualifications, rather they are desired expertise. A preferred <br />skill set includes: water resource planning, knowledge of current and future M&I, agriculture, <br />and environmental and recreational planning initiative and projects, knowledge of water <br />availability and use, hydrology both surface and groundwater , engineering, aquatic and riparian <br />biology/ecology, river geomorphology , demographics and economics, aquatic chemistry/water <br />quality, and Colorado water law/institutional arrangements and interstate compacts and decrees . <br /> <br /> <br />After the DNR Purchasing Office receives the completed questionnaire and Request for <br />Requisition/Purchase Order , a draft document will be sent to the Project Contact for review. All <br />required pre - approvals must be received by the DNR Purchasing Office before the bid can be released. <br />4 <br /> <br />
