CONSULTANT AGREEMENT EXHIBIT B TASK ORDER LETTER Date: July 20 , 2007 State Fiscal Year: 2007 Task Order Letter No. 2007 - 005 In accordance with Article 2 of contract r outing number 07 PDA 00035, between the State of Colorado Department of Natural Resources, Colorado Water Conservation Board, and Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. covering the period of December, 2006 through June 30, 2008 the undersigned agree that the supplies/ services affected by this task order letter are modified as follows: Task Order Description The contractor shall perform the Needs Assessment Development and Project Management Assistance task in accordance with the contractor's task order proposal Exhib it A which is h ereby incorporated by reference . Price/Cost The maxi mum amount payable by the State for services described above is $ 913,000 . Performance Period The contractor will complete the performance in this task order by June 30, 2008. This ta sk order is executed pursuant to Article 2 of the original contract. The parties agree that all work shall be performed according to the standards, procedures, and terms set forth in the original contract. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency be tween this amendment and the original contract, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by reference to these documents in the following order: Special Provisions, original contract, attachments/exhibits to the original contract, this task order l etter, attachments/exhibits to this task order letter. This task order is intended to be effective on approval by the State Controller, whichever is later. The contractor is not authorized to begin performance until the contract is sig ned and dated below.
