Brooks Anthony. <br /> <br />What was the current use of the $250,000 being used for in the last <br />year's budget? <br /> <br />We could bring the department's budget person to bring it up, but <br />there's five percent of the severance tax revenue that flows through <br />the Department of Natural Resources next to TWCB and I just <br />found the operational activities. And I believe that a piece of it <br />comes from the - the -- the program. Currently the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board is not using up to its statutory <br />five percent, so in essence the - the $250,000 is unused sitting in <br />the reserve of the operational <br /> <br />Any other questions?
